R2600 per night per Apartment Based on 2 Adults Min Stay 5 Nights 

Terms and Conditions:

• Above rates are based on 2 adults sharing.
• A charge of R200 for each additional adult per day
• A charge of R80  for each additional child(under 12) per day
• Minimum stay is 2 nights unless otherwise stated.
• A refundable breakage deposit is charged of min R300 for your stay.
• Minimum stay over Christmas/Easter/Word Cup) 7 Nights.
• Right of admission is reserved.
• A 50% deposit is required to secure the reservation.
• The balance of payment has to be paid 10 days prior to arrival.
• Check-in time: From 2pm until 8pm check-ins after 8pm will incure a surcharge of R200 unless arranged prior to arrival.
• Check-out time: 10am
• Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• No Parties are to be hosted on the property

The cancellation policy is as follows:

A refund will only be considered if the booking is cancelled 3 weeks prior to your date of arrival and subject to the condition that we are able to re-let the entire period of your confirmed reservation. Please note that 20% of the total accommodation charge per your reservation will be levied as a cancellation fee regardless.

WE ADVISE YOU TO TAKE OUT CANCELLATION INSURANCE.

Please Note:

No persons other than quoted for and booked are allowed to share the accommodation. The decision regarding accommodating an additional person in the same room is entirely up to the owners. If it is possible to accommodate an additional person, an extra charge will become payable. Seashelles will request full payment of any cancelled accommodation unless it is re-let, including premature curtailment of stay.
