Seashelles:

1. Above rates are based on 2 adults for Seashelles.
   A refundable breakage deposit is charged of min R500

Searock and SeaLaVie:

• Rates for SeaLaVie and Searock are based on 6 adults
  A refundable breakage deposit is charged of min R2000

Minimum stay is 2 nights unless otherwise stated
Minimum stay of 4 nights over school holidays unless otherwise stated
Minimum stay of 7 Nights from 14 December / Easter Holidays.
Right of admission is reserved.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. To avoid any misunderstanding, a booking constitutes a binding contract.
2. All guests confirming a booking are advised to take out insurance to cover the cost of their accommodation.
3. In the event of a cancellation Seashelles, Searock or SeaLaVie will seek full payment for any cancelled accommodation that cannot be re-let, including premature curtailment of stay.
4. A 50% deposit is required to secure a booking. The balance must be payable min 2 weeks prior to arrival.
5. Accommodation will automatically be cancelled if the deposit is not received by the due date.
   No persons other than those quoted and booked for are permitted to share the accommodation. In the event that it is possible to accommodate any extra person/s in the same room, an additional charge will become payable.
   Payment Methods: We only accept payment links payments in Rands.
6. Internet transfers are welcome.(EFT)
   

   Confirmation of Booking:

• The Terms and Conditions of a booking are deemed as being accepted on receipt by Seashelles of the deposit, or client’s credit card details.
• Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate bookings for stag/hen parties or school leavers (‘Matric Rage’).
  Only guests that are booked and paid for will be allowed on the property. No visitors on property without prior notification. No Parties are to be hosted on the property.
  We apologize for any inconvenience.

Check-in time: From 2pm until 7pm.
Check-ins after 8pm will incur a surcharge of R400 unless arranged prior to arrival.
